Downstairs has a large second living area with another large flat screen tv and dvd player as well as comfortable sofas. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs as well as the family bathroom. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a second outdoor setting downstairs in the fully fenced back garden area, a perfect spot for the warm summer evenings.

This is a very well equipped holiday home with lots of special extras, a perfect spot for your next family holiday or weekend getaway. A great house for a group for race track events being approximately 10 minutes drive to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
