Description
It's just a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a 10 minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. Park your cars in the 2 car lock up garage with direct entry into the house. Once inside you will find a spacious foyer, Two generous bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a comfy queen bed, the other with a commercial grade bunk bed, couch and tv.... a perfect retreat for the kids. All serviced by a roomy bathroom with bath. This level also has a European laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Making your way upstairs you will find 2 more generous bedrooms both with comfortable queen beds and wardrobes. On this level you will find the second bathroom. Enjoy the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with balcony looking out onto the communal BBQ and swimming pool. The lounge has 2 comfy couches, 55 inch Smart TV and plenty of books and games for all ages to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm including good quality appliances - dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave and fridge. This property comes with free WIFI and split system heating and cooling on both levels.
