The lower level features a large living area with split system heating and cooling and newly renovated bathroom. There is one bedroom on this level which has a queen size bed and it's own powder room.

On the split level there is a further three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed as well as a single set of bunks. The second bathroom is also on this level.

The top level features a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven as well as a second spacious living area with split system heating and cooling. Relax out on the large wraparound deck and take in the fantastic views!

There is plenty of off street parking and the rear yard is fully fenced so you can bring your fur baby (by application, conditions apply)
