There is a TV and DVD and good size stereo in the lounge area and electric heating, ceiling fan and air-conditioner - or just open up the doors and windows and let the sea breeze flow through.

The three bedrooms are on the lower level - 2 of the bedrooms have small wall mounted TV's.
The bathroom and laundry are combined with shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
