The open plan kitchen/dining/living area will delight. Fully equipped kitchen features electric cooking, microwave, dishwasher and a dining setting for eight. The living area has a large lounge suite, R/C heating & cooling, tv and dvd, all sorted for your comfort and relaxation. Off the main living area is a delightful court yard, with bbq and outdoor setting for 6.
Three large bedrooms, main with queen bed and en-suite with shower and toilet, the second with queen bed and the third single bunk and tri bunk with a single on top and a double on the bottom that is really only suitable for one person. The central bathroom features a full bath with, toilet and a shower over the bath.
Double lock-up garage with internal access, is available to all guests. You will also find the laundry in the garage behind sliding doors with washing machine.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.
A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
