This lovely elevated holiday home is close to Ventnor beach and has sea glimpses from the upstairs balcony.

Description

Ventnor beach is a good swimming beach with rocky outcrops to make exploring interesting. The home is situated only 250 metres to the beach.

The house has its main living and kitchen upstairs with electric heating, sofas, flat screen TV, DVD and iPod dock. It has a central dining table and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a third bedroom in a separate downstairs area. The large covered deck has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ with water views above the trees.

Downstairs is a combined bedroom and living area, with TV and electric heating. It looks out to a small ground level deck and pleasant garden. Another bathroom with shower and toilet services this area. There is no internal access upstairs.

There is parking under the deck and an outdoor shower to wash off after the beach. The property is set in a lovely garden and is only partially fenced.
