Unique designed and tastefully decorated throughout holiday home. This is a very nice house, lovely and sunny with lots of space.

Every part of this home is very well equipped. The kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is split system heating and cooling in the open plan kitchen dining area.

With a second split system and a wood heater in the main lounge room with its comfortable sofas Smart Tv, DvD and stereo cd player your year-round comfort is guaranteed. The house is set in a lovely established garden with a huge outdoor entertaining deck, covered and sheltered, perfect for alfresco dining. The deck is accessed directly from the kitchen dining area.

There are 3 bedrooms in this property with the main bedroom having an ensuite. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

This property sleeps a total of 7 people. There is an extra trundle that may be used in the lounge.

A double lock up garage in accessible for guests use.
