The modern, fully equipped kitchen, has electric oven, cooktop, dishwasher, everything you need for a family meals together with a spacious living room with access to the upstairs balcony overlooking the newly landscaped backyard.

Located just off the upstairs living room, is the powder room to use without the need to venture downstairs. The floorboards are low maintenance too. The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and all have carpet.
The main bathroom downstairs and has a bath, toilet and shower.

Located downstairs is the second living area with TV and setup to entertain the children while the adults are upstairs. There are split systems in both upstairs and downstairs living rooms and every bedroom is equipped with fans for those warm, summer nights. Also for your convenience is a spacious laundry with both front loader washing machine and dryer.

There is an outdoor setting on the deck to soak up the rays and enjoy a summer lunch or Bbq. The living area downstairs has access to the very private back garden area.
