The living area has comfortable sofas, a wall mounted flat screen tv, a central dining table, split system heating and cooling and a brand new modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave and a half size fridge.
There are 2 bedrooms, the main one having a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps and the second bedroom has a tri bunk (double on the bottom and single on top).
The bathroom / laundry is combined with shower, toilet and vanity, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The unit has electric wall heating.
You can see the beach from the driveway and the shops are within view as well.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
