Lovely holiday home located walking distance to Cowes main street. You'll be close to all the action, restaurants, pubs and shopping hub.
The Race Track shuttle bus stop is at the end of the street or drive in less than 10 minutes.
The house is set on a large block that is fully fenced at the rear.
Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. There is a TV and DVD, comfortable sofas and a wood heater. A split system heating and cooling unit centrally located in the lounge ensures your comfortable year round.
There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The laundry has washing machine, ironing board and iron.
There is a great back deck with gas bbq and outdoor furniture.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
