This is a lovely holiday home located in a very quiet part of Ventnor, approximately 10 minutes walk to Ventnor Beach and 10 minutes drive to Penguin Parade, Racetrack and Cowes main shopping area. The house is single level with beautiful polished floor boards a huge central dining table and 2 living areas, each complete with TV and DVD.

The kitchen is open plan with modern with gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher. There is split system heating and cooling in the lounge area. There are double sliding doors opening on to a great undercover outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting for 12 and a gas bbq.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and an ensuite there is a second bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.
The laundry is complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Pets are welcome strictly outside only (Conditions apply)

Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
