There are two bedrooms upstairs with a family bathroom, downstairs has a second living room with a second tv for games, a pool table, a sink and second fridge, there are two more bedrooms downstairs as well as a second bathroom, both bathrooms have been recently renovated.

The back garden is fully fenced and there is a great covered decking area with a gas bbq and outdoor setting. Make sure you pack the footy and outdoor cricket set for family fun in the big back yard.

This family home is the perfect location for all your summer getaways with just a short stroll to the beach, the rest of the year is also gorgeous down here at the island and this home will be the ideal place to relax and unwind from your busy life.
