With two queen-size bedrooms plus one bedroom with a tri-bunk this townhouse is ideal for one or two couples or a family.

On the ground floor is the first living room together with the 2 of the bedrooms. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer for all of your washing needs. A superbly fitted out main bathroom with bath is on this level.

Upstairs is where you will find the well appointed kitchen with electric cooking appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Dining table with seating up to 8 comfortably. The adjoining main lounge area has a large, comfy couch, split system and smart T.V. Or just sit on the lounge looking out over San Remo through the large windows. Open up the doors and settle into the afternoon on the balcony with a glass of wine and warm conversation while watching the sun set in the distance.

On this level is the main queen size bedroom with ensuite and direct access to the balcony.

There is a private courtyard at the rear of the property with an enclosed yard for the kids to kick a ball.
