The kitchen is a chefs delight, with large oven, gas cooktop, Caesarstone bench tops, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. Sit in the comfy lounge suite or at the dining table and enjoy great conversation. Doors open up to the outdoor dining area with bbq.

There is a separate lounge area with tv and dvd, Bluetooth Stereo System, large modular lounge suite with futon. A lovely spacious bathroom with shower over bath, caters for the family or guests staying.

2 bedrooms have tri bunk beds (double on the bottom and single on top) and the main room has a queen size bed. A porta cot is available for the little one.

Enjoy the space and size of the yard and play a game of cricket or kick the footy.

2 car spaces are on the driveway and the property also has boat parking and is close to Anderson's Boat Ramp.

The garage is not available for use.
