The house is clean and tidy with tv and dvd. There is a coonara heater in the lounge that heats the whole house.

The kitchen is fully self contained with electric cooking and a microwave. There are 2 bedrooms with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan. There is one bathroom and a laundry with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Out the back door is a large decked area with a gas Bbq and an outdoor setting, where you can enjoy the well established garden which is fully fenced.

Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
