Downstairs you will find 2 of the 3 bedrooms, both with queen size beds, wardrobes and ceiling fans for your comfort. There is a lounge room with comfortable couches and tv, an extra dining table as well as the laundry, separate toilet and main bathroom with corner spa bath to relax in!

Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite and there is an additional toilet upstairs as well.

The open living area is spacious with armchairs to either sit back and read a book or to watch the tv. There's plenty of seating at the dining table and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook the evening meal as well as a dishwasher for a fast clean up. Enjoy that morning coffee using the supplied coffee plunger and Nespresso milk frother.

Enjoy a bbq out on the undercover deck or relax in the sun on the open area of the deck. The large back yard has plenty of room for the kids to play.

*Please note; the garage is not available for guest use however there is plenty of parking in the driveway, as well as room for a boat.

Split system heating and cooling in the living areas both upstairs and downstairs will keep you comfortable year round!

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
