Featuring a lovely sunny open plan living area with split system heating/cooling and polished timber floors throughout most of the house. There's plenty of room for two families to stay together with 3 generous sized bedrooms consisting of 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunks (4 single beds).
Out the back, you can enjoy a bbq under the large covered rear deck and keep an eye on the kids while they play in the big backyard.
The property also has all essential kitchen appliances including, electric cooking, microwave and even a coffee pod machine.
There is a washing machine in the separate laundry for your convenience.
Bathroom 1 is complete with a bath and overhead shower and bathroom 2 comprises an overhead shower and toilet.
There's plenty of room for parking at the front and back as well as the double garage.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
