This two storey holiday home is located at the Red Rocks end of Settlement Road, approximately 400mt to beach track and approximately 5 minutes drive into Cowes main shopping area.

The main living is upstairs with wall mounted tv and dvd player, open plan living with central dining table and well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave, as well as lots of salad bowls platters etc. There is an upstairs deck that runs the full perimeter of the house, it is covered at the front and at the rear. There is a gas bbq and outdoor setting, and sea glimpses from the deck, perfect for alfresco dining whatever the weather.

The queen bedroom is upstairs and the remaining three bedrooms are downstairs. The laundry is combined with the bathroom upstairs with washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as bath, shower vanity and toilet.

The second living area is downstairs with another tv and dvd player as well as PS2 and games and a couple of comfy sofas. There is a second bathroom downstairs including shower and toilet. Both living rooms have split system heating and cooling units.

Sitting on a large fully fenced block there is room for 2 cars or motorbikes to be parked under the veranda. This is a great property for track events, 7km to Racetrack and a shuttle bus, bus stop close by.

Red Rocks Gold Course is only 200mt away.
