The north facing front balcony is perfect for those cooler days and comes complete with bbq. Also, upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunks and a spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

Downstairs you will find another living area with another tv plus the 3rd bedroom with queen bed plus ensuite, separate toilet and laundry. The large lockup garage can double as a games room with a table tennis table.

The property is situated less than a 5-minute walk to beautiful Smiths Beach, 3 kms from the Race Track and a 5-minute drive into Cowes. So, whether you enjoy the surf, are a motor enthusiast or enjoy the cafes and bars of Cowes, you are less than 5 minutes from it all.
