Welcome! You will enjoy your stay in this 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car unit in this gated community.

The communal spaces include two street access, a bbq in the pergola with loads of seating overlooking the pool.
There’s a grassed area in front of the pool for ball games. The unit overlooks these spaces so you can watch the young ones.

Downstairs you will find two queen bedrooms, both with large sliding doors to separate courtyard space. There is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower, a European style laundry (front loading washer and dryer) and a sitting space. There is a fabulous courtyard with a bbq, seating for all and a gorgeous tropically inspired garden (with grass for the young ones to play on).

On offer upstairs is the third bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs has all the living area including the kitchen with electric cooking appliances, microwave and bar seating for 4 at the island bench. The dining space has dining setting for 6. There is a comfy sitting space to enjoy a good book and separate lounge area with TV. Access the long balcony through the sliding doors and you will find ample outdoor seating to relax to views across the complex and the odd water view.

Split system heating and cooling upstairs and in one bedroom downstairs will keep you comfortable year round!

The kitchen has the basics, coffee, tea, oils, vinegars, sauces (soy, tomato) some breakfast basics (honey, jam, vegemite) rice, pasta and spices - all for your convenience.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
