John Baird designed many famous houses in Beaumaris and on Phillip Island, including the information centre at Newhaven. He also designed the paths laid down on the cliffs to the beach.

Enjoy the panoramic uninterrupted views of the beach from the living area while sipping a wine or pull up a chair on the generous front deck while witnessing the sunset on those balmy summer nights.

Or if you prefer a winter get away, bunker down with a roaring fire and a good book in the open plan living area.

The house sleeps six in total and features one spacious bathroom. The master bedroom boasts ocean views with its own private balcony. The remaining queen rooms are spacious, comfortable and private.

This prized gem of a home also features an outdoor shower with a view. Wash off the salt from the day spent at the beach and retreat to the warm and cosy home to go over the memories of the day. This classic wooden holiday home is idyllic for any type of getaway. With all that it has to offer, you will walk away relaxed and recharged.
