Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, a full family bathroom with spa bath and one bedroom has an ensuite. Each bedroom has split system heating and cooling to ensure comfort all day and night.

With an abundance of natural light, the main living/dining room, located downstairs, accommodates the modern kitchen with Smeg appliances and a coffee machine for that wonderful morning coffee. This area opens out to the courtyard where you can enjoy the cooling seaside breeze.

Located in a sort after pocket of Cowes and just a short walk to all the cafes and restaurants on offer. For your convenience and comfort, the house also boasts a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and powder room. Guests have access to the full house and garden. There's a double lockup garage for guest use which has direct access to the house.
