The kitchen is large enough to cater for family gatherings. there is a split system heating and cooling in the living area, electric heating as well as an open wood fire, ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, comfortable leather sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player.
The Laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
There is a lovely large undercover deck for entertaining all year round with a outdoor chiminea for warmth in winter and a nice space for summer. The guest also have access to the 23 foot boat mooring not far from the property.
*Please note - only one night worth of firewood may be provided, guests are able to purchase more if they require from the BP Service Station in Cowes.
The garage/shed is not available. Pets are welcome but strictly outdoor only.

Please ensure you bring your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired through South Coast Laundry Services.
