Welcome to this modern single level home set on a large fully fenced block with boat mooring close by.

Description

Only 50 meters from the beach, a 5 minute drive into central Cowes and located in a very quite street is this spacious property. Guests also have access to the 23 foot boat mooring not far from the property.

The 4 bedrooms sleeps up to 9 guests. The main bedroom includes an ensuite. The Jack & Jill 2nd bathroom is situated between two bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Open plan living provides space for everyone with comfortable leather sofas, flat screen tv and dvd player and dining table seating for 8. The generous, new kitchen with a beautiful splash back, electric cooking, microwave, double door fridge and dishwasher caters for special family gatherings. There is split system heating and cooling in the living area, as well as an open wood fire.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside is a lovely large undercover deck for entertaining all year round with a chiminea for warmth in winter and an enjoyable space for summer.

*Please note - only one night worth of firewood may be provided, guests are able to purchase more if they require from the BP Service Station in Cowes.

The garage/shed is not available. Pets are welcome but strictly outdoor only.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
