Downstairs features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The open plan living/dining area opens out onto a lovely outdoor area, perfect for those summer bbqs. Downstairs also has a laundry with washing machine and dryer which is convenient for those longer stays.

The townhouse features three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite and the second bedroom also has a queen bed, the third bedroom consists of a queen bed and a bunk bed. The family bathroom consists of separate shower and bath.

Upstairs you will find the second living area which is perfect for the kids.

Completing the package is a single garage plus space for a second car in front of the garage.

Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
