The open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, coffee pod machine, microwave, and island bench flowing into the dining area. A cosy lounge offers a Smart TV, WiFi, and DVD player for easy entertainment.
Sleeping up to 5 guests, the master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite, while the second bedroom offers two king singles and the third a single bed. A central bathroom includes shower, bath, and separate toilet, plus a laundry with washing machine and external access.
Outside, relax on the deck with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ while kids and pets enjoy the secure backyard. Additional comforts include air conditioning, two car spaces, self check-in, and late check-out on request.
Please note that the Garage is not usually available for guests.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. (In the second bedroom there are fitted sheets in the wardrobe for the king single beds that you may use if you don’t have any king single sheets to bring.)
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
