Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels (doona covers provided). Alternatively, you can hire linen directly through LinenOnLoan for this property.

A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you within 7 days of departure, subject to an inspection of the property.

Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card.
